I provide sliding-scale community-style acupuncture in Largo, along with private one-on-one sessions available in both Largo and St. Pete to meet a variety of wellness needs.
Private
Treatments

Private treatments include acupuncture plus an additional modality such as cupping, gua sha, e-stim, or tui na medical massage. These sessions are ideal for those seeking a more in-depth treatment and extra one-on-one consultation time with the acupuncture physician.
Community Style Acupuncture

What is community acupuncture?
It is a unique clinic style with the intention of making acupuncture accessible to everyone. Treatment pricing is based on a sliding scale, delivered in a group setting, and tailored to your specific health needs.

I use distal acupuncture, which means points below the elbows and knees to treat the entire body, so there’s no need to disrobe. It's best to wear loose-fitting clothing such as shorts and a tank top. I can even treat back pain effectively by just using points on your hands and legs!

During your treatment, you’ll be in a shared space with others, comfortably resting in reclining chairs. In our fast-paced world, it’s rare to pause and unwind in the presence of others—but this setting offers just that. Rather than a lack of privacy, it’s a unique opportunity to heal alongside friends, family, and like-minded individuals. Much like meditating or practicing yoga in a group, the collective energy in the community clinic enhances the power and depth of your treatment experience.
